Much of the county received from 5 to 10 inches of snow, from the late morning through early afternoon of the 5th.

Wider weather episode

Heavy snow accumulated across most of west-central and northwest Minnesota in association with a band of strong forcing. There were widespread reports of 8 to 12 inches of snow from the Red River to Bemidji.
