Most of the zone remained in SevereD2) drought except the southeast which remained in Moderate(D1) drought. The Cooperative Observer at Antelope Wells had no precipitation which was 0.15 inches below normal.

Wider weather episode

No precipitation fell in April for almost all the area which lead to an expansion of Severe

(D2) to Exceptional(D4) drought conditions.
