The wind gust was recorded on a personal weather station at the county EMA office.

A convective complex moved east along and north of the Ohio River during the late afternoon and early evening hours. Widespread straight line wind damage occurred with numerous wind gusts estimated to be in the 70 to 80 mph range. Over 150,000 customers were without power across southwest Ohio after the storms moved through the region.
