Tattnall County dispatch reported two trees down near the intersection of Stoney Hill Road and Romie Waters Highway.

Wider weather episode

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms developed in the early afternoon hours across southern and southeastern Georgia. These thunderstorms developed in the vicinity of a nearby front and eventually evolved into a line of thunderstorms as they progressed eastward through the late afternoon hours. The thunderstorms produced numerous reports of severe weather across southeast Georgia, the majority of which were damaging wind gusts.
