A slow-moving line of thunderstorms dumped up to two inches of rain per hour along the Ohio River. At Dixon Springs, 1.70 inches fell in 20 minutes. Counties adjacent to the Ohio River experienced widespread flooding of roads and low-lying fields. One home was evacuated in Joppa.
