Fryburg NDDOT site reported a wind gust of 58 mph.

Wider weather episode

Low pressure moved through southern Saskatchewan and into southern Manitoba and northern North Dakota. The tight pressure gradient with this system led to gusty west to southwest winds developing over western into central North Dakota. The strongest winds were over portions of western and south central North Dakota, with strongest reported wind gust of 69 mph at the Hettinger ASOS in Adams County.
