Trees were reported down on powerlines on the north side of Richmond.

Wider weather episode

Multiple rounds of severe storms occurred on June 12, first along a stalled boundary across south-central Virginia in the late morning and early afternoon and then through the afternoon. Enhanced northwesterly flow aloft in the late afternoon and evening allowed for a few supercells as well.
