Trained Spotters reported a flash freeze and blowing and drifting of snow.

A potent arctic front moved through the area bringing one to three inches of snow and wind gusts up to 60 mph during the morning hours of December 23rd. Blowing and drifting of snow resulted in visibilities below one-half mile at times.
