Lookout Pass received close to 6 inches of snow with 0.50 inches of snow water equivalent. Interstate 90 at the pass was snow-covered during the morning hours.
Wider weather episode
An upper level wave and associated cold front brought mixed precipitation and snow to the region. A second wave initiated snow bands on the 27th.
