To start December, ongoing drought conditions was in (D2-Severe) conditions for all of Wibaux County. On the third week of December, all but the northern edge of Wibaux County improved to (D1-Moderate) drought, while the northern edge of the county remained in (D2-Severe) conditions. These conditions remained the same through the end of the month.
