A brief period of light freezing rain was enough to slicken roads across Tioga County, leading to several road closures due to icy conditions and vehicle accidents. Route 6 was closed from Mansfield to Route 549, Route 15 was closed from Route 287 to Mansfield, and Route 49 was closed in Lawrence Township from South Shore Lane to Erickson Road. Each of these roadways was closed for nearly an hour and a half.
