Extreme (D3) drought conditions remained unchanged across Boyd County in November. The cooperative observer at Lynch reported 0.36 inches of precipitation for the month.
Wider weather episode
Dry conditions continued across western and north central Nebraska in November. By the end of the month, exceptional (D4) drought conditions had expanded into most of Brown, northern Rock and southeastern Cherry County. Extreme (D3) drought conditions expanded into Hooker, McPherson, and eastern portions of Arthur and Grant Counties.
