A winter storm brought accumulating snowfall to Central New York on the 10th and 11th. Snowfall totals were generally under a half foot, but a handful of counties were on the higher end of advisory criteria (4 to 7 inch range). Yates County was the only county that observed heavy snowfall of warning criteria, with multiple reports near 10 inches.
