To start April, the far northwest corner of Western Roosevelt County was in (D1-Moderate) drought, while the rest of the county was in (D2-Severe) conditions. On the last week of April all of Western Roosevelt County improved to (D1-Moderate) drought.

Although recent snow has brought improvement to drought conditions across the region, drought still persists in some areas.
