Public reports 6 to 7 inches of snow in the downtown area of Devils Lake and still snowing. Drifts around a foot deep in some locations.

Blizzard Warnings were issued on the afternoon of the 10th for the nighttime hours starting in the west, then spreading into the Red River Valley as the early morning hours of March 11th progressed. Blizzard conditions and heavy snow were reported across eastern North Dakota.
