A borderline Winter Storm event was forecast in northeast Nebraska. A frontal passage brought strong winds and snowfall. Higher end snowfall amounts did not materialize and the event was a bust. Wind gusts to did top 40 mph but less intense snowfall only resulted in visibility reduction down to a mile for a couple of hours.
