Event narrative

A tree was blown down and blocking Highway 253 southwest of Bainbridge. There was also some minor roof damage to a structure in the area.

Wider weather episode

A strong spring storm system moved through the area with ample instability and shear. Numerous reports of severe weather were received across the tri-state area, including four tornadoes, two in southeast Alabama and two in southwest Georgia.
