A weak cold front passed through, with around 1500 to 2000 J/kg of SBCAPE ahead of it. Deep layer shear was 30 to 40 kts. Several storms developed, and a few produce sub-severe hail in Minnesota. The largest hail stone was nickel size hail in Watonwan county.
