A severe thunderstorm producing winds estimated near 60 mph knocked down trees onto Renovo Road (PA Route 120) in Grugan Township.

Widely scattered showers and storms developed ahead of a cold front as it approached central Pennsylvania during the afternoon and evening of July 13, 2023. The storms produced sporadic wind damage and one report of quarter-sized hail.
