Public reported numerous trees uprooted along Coveside Ln, with an additional tree and large limbs down on nearby Gap Hill Rd.

Wider weather episode

Scattered thunderstorms developed over upstate South Carolina during the afternoon and early evening. A few of these storms intensified to severe levels and produced hail up to the size of golf balls and isolated damaging wind gusts.
