Large tree limbs down onto power lines on the south side of Diamond Lake.

Wider weather episode

Multiple rounds of convection occurred. The first round of storms intensified arriving into northern Indiana and southern Michigan, resulting in wind damage along and north of US 6. Another round of damaging winds and heavy rainfall occurred across southern Lower Michigan later in the day. Storms continued to back build into the evening. Locally heavy rainfall of 2 to 4 inches occurred across southern Lower Michigan.
