A large tree was down on the 700 block of Dry Gulch Road south of Amboy. The tree was blocking three quarters of the roadway.

During the evening of July 14, severe thunderstorms brought damaging winds to northern Illinois as well as one EF-0 tornado that tracked from Warrenville to Glen Ellyn.
