The Bulloch County 911 Call Center reported a large tree down on transmission lines
near the intersection of East Highway 80 and Robertson Road due to thunderstorm outflow and heavy rainfall.
Wider weather episode
The combination of warm and moist conditions occurring ahead of a cold front approaching from the west along with forcing associated with a sea breeze circulation shifting inland led to strong thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds across southeast Georgia.
