Several trees down across GA-136 East near Villanow.

Wider weather episode

A broad upper-level disturbance initiated scattered shower and thunderstorms across North and North-Central GA during the early afternoon hours. Minor instability meant a few thunderstorms became strong to severe. Storms were slow moving and reached the eastern portion of the CWA late in the evening. Late storm consolidation led to isolated severe wind and flooding.
