Severe to extreme drought improved to an abnormally dry to moderate drought over majority of the county by November 15th, with a small severe drought persisting over the extreme northern part of the county.

Wider weather episode

Drought conditions improved across South Texas by the middle of November after beneficial rain from Nov. 10-14th, with only a small severe drought area over northern Live Oak and Bee Counties by the end of the month.
