SNOW SQUALL. Blair County Airport ASOS reported visibility dropping below a quarter of a mile with heavy snowfall and wind gusts between 35 and 40 miles per hour.

A low pressure system stationed to the north allowed a cold frontal passage across central Pennsylvania throughout the early morning hours of January 14, 2024. Snow squalls along the cold front dropped visibilities below a quarter of a mile and produced heavy snow as they moved eastward across the area.
