Snow accumulated between 4 and 7 inches.

Wider weather episode

A storm system initially brought rain which changed over to wet snow from northwest to southeast. Rain changed to snow in the wake of a cold front the evening of the 10th and continued into the early morning of the 11th with higher elevations changing quicker. The steadiest and heaviest snow fell from the late evening hours on the 10th into the predawn hours on the 11th over portions of the Catskills. Snow ended from west to east by mid morning on the 11th. With this event being a heavy wet snow, there were scattered power outages in the southern Catskills.
