NWS Employee reports 0.25 inches of ice accumulation in South Moorhead.

This event lasted for several days, and up to an inch of ice accretion was reported in several counties across northwestern Minnesota. Numerous locations were without power in Minnesota Lakes Country, along with slick travel conditions lasting long after the precipitation stopped falling.
