Event narrative

Widespread roadway flooding occurred in the tidal communities of northwestern Burlington County. The tide gauge at Burlington reached 11.01 feet MLLW, and the tide gauge at Newbold (Bucks County, Pennsylvania) reached 11.74 feet MLLW.

Wider weather episode

An area of low pressure passing over the region resulted in strong onshore flow and a push of water onshore and up the Delaware Bay and Delaware River, where moderate coastal flooding was observed.
