Wider weather episode

Another round of snow arrived to the Middle Ohio Valley beginning on the evening of January 18th as a low pressure system progressed through the eastern half of the country. This disturbance advected in moisture and colder air as it swept through, which continued snow showers into the next day before finally coming to an end on the morning of January 20th. Across southeast Ohio, generally 2 to 4 inches of snow fell during this time, which imposed minor travel disruptions to the end of the work week commute and into the start of the weekend as snow laid along the roadways.
