SNOW SQUALL. A webcam on Interstate 99 near the Plank Road exit in Altoona showed visibility less than a quarter of a mile with heavy snowfall.

Wider weather episode

Scattered snow squalls accompanied a brief shot of arctic air following a cold frontal passage on March 10, 2024. Some of these squalls produced visibilities below a quarter of a mile and briefly made roads slick.
