Severe thunderstorms developed across eastern Oklahoma on the 14th, as a cold front moved through the area. The combination of very strong instability and strong deep-layer wind shear resulted in some supercell thunderstorms developing. The strongest storms produced very large hail to grapefruit size, damaging wind gusts, and a tornado.
