A large generator was overturned and drywall was thrown a quarter of a mile from a construction material warehouse.

Ahead of a cold front in the early morning hours of February 28, 2024, a line of convection moved east through central Kentucky in an environment of limited instability and high shear. This helped to produce severe hail and wind damage across north-central Kentucky.
