The observer in Logan measured 2.3 inches of snow. A public report from northeast of Laurelville had 1.6 inches of accumulation.

Wider weather episode

A low pressure system passing south rapidly moved east during the evening of the 16th. Widespread moderate to heavy snow north of the system was found across the region, generally along and south of the I-70 corridor.
