A line of convection developed along passing cold front and trough during the late afternoon of April 14th over Lake Erie. The line matured and slowly progressed south and created severe hail and flooding due to training. Effective shear was maximized between 18Z and 00Z over northern PA with a low-level jet originated from west to east. Surface instability likely ranged from 500J/kg to 1000J/kg and shear from the surface to 500mb likely ranged between 45kt to 55kts.
