Intensifying low pressure tracked from the Tennessee Valley northward into the Great Lakes region from Thursday morning, April 11th into Friday morning, April 12th. This storm produced strong south to southeast winds which caused moderate (tidal) coastal flooding over portions of Dorchester county adjacent to the Chesapeake Bay. Bishops Head reached 3.98 feet MLLW at 348 am on Friday, April 12th.
