Warren County 911 Center reported multiple trees down across the county, with one tree onto a home. Over 3,000 people were without power.

A cold front intersecting a hot and humid airmass resulting in the formation of several bands of thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms produced scattered swaths of damaging wind, with one instance of considerable severe wind noted over southern Maryland.
