Estimated winds to be at least 60 MPH. Also occurred with hail ranging from pea to quarter in size.

Wider weather episode

In the late afternoon of the 28th, a few storms began to fire. One storm, northwest of St. Francis, grew rapidly and stayed strong over the next several hours as it moved southeast. It produced baseball sized hail and estimated winds of 80 MPH which caused property damage.
