A tree was blown down by strong winds on South Sanders Lane.

Wider weather episode

A cluster of showers and thunderstorms developed along the Ohio River just after sunset on July 16th. This cluster of storms grew upscale quickly, extending back into western Kentucky before gradually pushing off to the south and east through the nighttime hours. While most of the convection did not produce severe weather, a strong storm which developed over Bullitt County produced scattered wind damage across Bullitt and Nelson County.
