Event narrative

Thunderstorm winds blew numerous trees down across the road at the intersection of Taylors Road and Fox Ridge Road. Additionally, numerous trees were also blown down at the intersection of Taylors Road and Newmarc Lane. Damage values are estimated.

Wider weather episode

A strong cold front was centered over the region and was the trigger for several showers and storms. Some of these storms produced damaging winds which brought down many trees. Lightning from one thunderstorm struck a tree, which caught on fire, in Campbell county.
