Event narrative

Thunderstorm winds downed a power pole. As a result, powerlines were down across the road near the intersection of Burnt Chimney Road and 3 Oaks Road. Damage values are estimated.

Wider weather episode

A strong cold front was centered over the region and was the trigger for several showers and storms. Some of these storms produced damaging winds which brought down many trees. Lightning from one thunderstorm struck a tree, which caught on fire, in Campbell county.
