Event narrative

Thunderstorm winds downed multiple trees along White House Road. One of these downed trees fell upon powerline near the intersection with Radford Church Road. Damage values are estimated.

Wider weather episode

A strong cold front was centered over the region and was the trigger for several showers and storms. Some of these storms produced damaging winds which brought down many trees. Lightning from one thunderstorm struck a tree, which caught on fire, in Campbell county.
