Law enforcement reported a semi-trailer blown over on State Highway 63 near Ostrander. The driver of the vehicle sustained minor injuries.

During the late afternoon and evening hours on September 19th, storms of various modes moved across portions of southeast Minnesota bringing strong winds and hail. Most notably, a semi-trailer was blown over on State Highway 63 in Filmore County resulting in minor injuries to the driver.
