2024-09-10 to 2024-09-30 · Warrick, Indiana
Wider weather episode
Dry weather from early August into September resulted in drought conditions (D2) developing mid-September for portions of Southwest Indiana. Field and brush fire risk increased early September. Rain from the remnants of Hurricane Francine did little to help mid-month, while more substantial rainfall late September from the remnants of Hurricane Helene brought a rapid end to the drought.
