D2/Severe drought conditions carried over from October, however a pair of systems brought widespread moisture to the region between November 13th and November 19th. That, and additional light amounts of moisture scattered though the month amounted to a combined 2.54 inches measured by the COOP observer in Milbank, while the COOP observers in Watertown and Sisseton recorded 2.32 and 1.84, respectively.
