Bands of Lake Effect Snow off of Lake Erie and Lake Huron brought periods of heavy snow to Garrett County. Snowfall reports of 2 to 6 inches were observed. The higher accumulations were confined to the northern half of the county with the 6 inch amounts along the I-68 corridor.
