An area of low pressure moved off into New England bringing a cold front through the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. Upslope snow showers and squalls ensued bringing accumulations of six to ten inches across western Pendleton and western Grant counties. Lesser amounts of three to six inches were observed across western Mineral County.
