Frequent gusts between 70 and 80 MPH recorded at the Bordeaux WYDOT sensor along Interstate 25. The maximum gust was 89 MPH and occurred at 10:46 AM MST on the 21st. WYDOT closed Interstate 25 between Cheyenne and Wheatland due to the strong winds as multiple semi-trucks were blown over.
