Event narrative

Up to one half of an inch of snow fell across Beaver County. In addition, there was a light glaze of ice, up to one tenth of an inch. This resulted in a few car accidents.

During the early morning of January 5th, a winter system brough one half of an inch to one inch of snow to the western half of the combined Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles.
