Following a brief break, another shortwave trough of low pressure moved across the area in westerly flow, carrying another increase in Atmospheric River moisture. This led to more widespread snowfall with all western Colorado mountain ranges seeing light to moderate snowfall amounts. Some higher valley locations received light snowfall amounts with lower valleys seeing rain due to milder temperatures.
